Goldman case

We are all witnessing drama of Goldman family and father of Sean Goldman who is struggling to get a custody on his son Sean. Sean was kidnapped by his “mother” and is living today with her and his step father in Brazil and that’s probably only reason (international dimension) why this case got so much media attention.

Regarding Sean Goldman I would say: YES - Of course he should be returned to his father and that should happen immediately. However this wont be easy to achieve because Sean Goldman case is loaded with heavy backfire on America thanks to American heavy support and favoring of feminism. Tens of millions of children are "kidnapped" from their fathers here in United States and that kidnapping is legalized with so called "restraining order" that woman can arrange just like that - within a finger snap. Nobody here is helping those fathers and those children to reunite but in fact our agencies continue brutal emotional and financial terror on fathers and have them and children live in emotional and psychological struggle. All of them justify that behavior with a phrase:"That's the way it works". Oh, you think so? Are you sure? Obviously nothing works “way it works”.

Today we have paradoxical situation where our President Obama have to ask President of Brazil to urge Brazil Justice Department to not to do something what American Justice Department is doing every single day and probably every single hour in their Courts. Not only Sean Goldman, but all kids should be returned to their fathers and their homes in basically all cases where woman runs away.

Fatherhood and Man's issues are only 1 segment where the problem is clearly visible and recognizable. The volume of the actual damage to the entire society caused by today's family and divorce law is far more bigger then most of the people understand at this point. My book "Family Testament" say's a lot about that and through the autopsy of modern society unveils numerous crimes, illegal and paralegal activities made by so called "family agencies" and other radical feminist groups that together creating most dangerous parasitical symbioses in our society.

I wish to Mr. Goldman and his family all the best to get Sean back as soon as possible, to the only place where he really belongs - next to his father.

I also hope that American Legislators and Justice department learn something out of this case and consider what they are going to do with tens of millions of “Sean Goldman’s” here in United States of America.

Family and divorce Law continue taking victims just “way it works” – does it really?!

Christmas shooting in Covina, CA also known in media as “Santa Claus shooting” is just another sample of total failure of today’s family and divorce law’s. This time executioner was Bruce Jeffrey Pardo. With all do respect to the victims of this event I have to point out few things that are also elaborated in my book “Family Testament”;

Bruce Pardo was a nice guy, educated, faithfull… here is what people who knew him said about Bruce:

-- and incredulous reactions from people who knew Pardo as a reliable church usher and good, but quiet, neighbor.
Pardo, several neighbors said, was a quiet, unassuming man who enjoyed tending his garden and regularly ushered at the evening Sunday Mass at Holy Redeemer.
"Bruce?" said an incredulous Jan Detanna, the head usher at the church, when told about the attack by a reporter on the phone. "I'm just -- this is shocking. He was the nicest guy you could imagine. Always a pleasure to talk to, always a big smile."

Media also reported that Bruce Pardo had no criminal record and no history of violence, according to police.

What made him to go this way and became a mass murderer?

Good answer to that question offers Robert Hebblethwaite in his comment. Here is what he said;

Santa Claus Shooting

Christmas time can be very emotional for many people. Suicides are extremely common at this time. However, when you provoke a person with injustice, tyranny, and oppression, cutting to the very heart of his life by taking away his children, his home, and his reputation, you can create a scene such as occured in Covina, CA Christmas Eve. Bruce Pardo, obviously overwhelmed by the injustice heaped on him by the divorce courts, shot and killed his ex-wife, and seven other people, then set fire to the house. Three additional persons are still missing and presumed dead. Several more were injured, including at least two children. Pardo was described as quiet and friendly by neighbors and co-workers. An all-around nice guy, the last person they would suspect of a rampage like this. Unfortunately, the injustices of the family courts, heaped upon most men in courts across the country, is more than sufficient to trigger such an explosive, emotional reaction. Our courts and legislatures really need to examine the facts, to see the persecution of men, and to make changes to alleviate the volatile emotional impact on them.

And I do agree on this with Robert 100% especially after I have read a report from “LA TIMES”:

Steve Erwin, a high school friend, said Pardo had called him Tuesday to tell him he would be visiting him in Iowa for two weeks, starting Christmas morning. But he never showed up. The last time Pardo visited was in October, upset because he was going through a divorce, Erwin said. "It sounded like his wife was taking him for whatever she could," he said.
Erwin said he talked to Pardo the day after the Dec. 18 divorce settlement hearing.
"I told him it's great it's over with now," Erwin said. "He said he told the judge he would have still went to counseling with [Sylvia] and worked it out. He still loved her."
"He was quirky and different, but a super-nice guy," said Rachelle Maxheimer, 40, a former roommate.
[LA TIMES]

So, how many more things like this should happen before we see the change in our family and divorce laws? How many lives should be taken away before we take action and fix these “laws” that most of those who are involved in providing them also justify them with a floscula: “That’s the way it works”. Obviously nothing really works a “way it works” and if something doesn’t works or works wrong way producing more crimes and social problems instead of solving them and serving society should be terminated and replaced with better laws. Could it be that next victims are members of your family? Are you really willing to take that risk and just wait until really happens to you before you take action?

Another detail from “LA TIMES” report also took my attention;

Scott Nord, Sylvia Pardo's divorce attorney, said she never expressed fear of Bruce Pardo. Clients who fear that their husbands may hurt them usually tell their attorneys and seek a restraining order before filing divorce papers, Nord said."The issue of domestic violence or fear for her safety never came up," he said. "In fact, she never said Bruce even owned a gun."
[LA TIMES]

Mr. Nord should keep in mind that these days restraining order is most of the time abused against fathers, children and family as institution in general. It’s often based on woman lies and it has for purpose to justify her kidnapping of children which is blindly and almost always supported by law enforcement because “that the way it works”. Children kidnapping from the fathers home have for purpose of later financial robbery through another discriminatory agency that calls “Child support agency” that openly discriminate mens even through the employment process. Just go visit this agency in your city and check out how many mens are employed in there and how many womans. No further explanation needed. The second purpose of justifying children kidnapping from the fathers using restraining order is to allow to woman to brainwash them and to public officials involved in the case to coach them for possible use against their fathers in the court and entire process in general. Since Bruce Pardo didn’t has any children with his wife (all three were from other mens) logically his wife didn’t need restraining order Mr. Nord and that’s why it never occurs beside the fact that Bruce as many other husbands and fathers wasn’t violent against his wife. That’s the fact that you “forgot” to tell to public Mr. Nord.

"HIT LIST" ALERT !!!

Posted: 3/20/2009 8:53:06 PM

Only few day’s ago here in Milwaukee, WI was arrested a boy (teenager) with a termination “Hit List”. Fortunately police got information in time and reacted immediately. Mass shootings in United States of America is nothing new anymore, but shooters with a previously prepared “Hit List” is something new and it’s telling us that problem is becoming more complicated and is actually taken to the next level pretty much thanks to our failure. Is the “Hit List” becoming a “New Trend” in our now very rich mass shooting tradition?

Couple weeks ago we had news from Black River Falls, WI (again Wisconsin) about high school students suicide plot but also mass killing conspiracies and some of media reported on existing “Hit List’s” or something like that again (if I remember well - usually I do).

Anyway, 28 years old guy from the Alabama shooting also had a “Hit List”, and before I continue I have to say this:

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SOME TV REPORTS IN THE CASES LIKE THIS ONE!

Here is why:

Every time we are watching their reports on TV we see them inviting psychologist to explain the issue.

Dear TV Reporters:

Please STOP inviting psychologist’s to your shows after every mass shooting!

We already know that somebody who kill 10-20-30... people in only couple of hours rampage had some kind of psychological disorder.

We (regular - all days people) can also ensure you that every next guy who pull’s the trigger will also have a psychological disorder. So therefor is no reason to invite any psychologist to tell us things that we all already know any more at all - ever - period!

There are millions of people with psychological disorder around the world and I guaranty you many of them with a bigger psychological problem then we can see here in United States of America. However mass shootings are not happening everywhere in the world. Argument of psychological disorder does not elaborate neither explain that fact.

So, what we need you to do after next mass shooting is to invite a SOCIOLOGIST who will answer the question that you never ask:

Why this mass shootings happening ONLY in the countries of the western civilization - primary in USA?

After he answers and explain that, he can also (since he is already in the studio) tell us what we have to do to prevent, void and finally and definitely terminate this issue out of our society and that way save many (every day many more) human life’s.

Alabama shooter had a “Hit List of those who have done something wrong to him” and on the top of that list was guess who? - his “mother”. He burned her inside of her house. He started everything with her. Did he enjoyed her screams?! He probably did, but the real questions are:

Why “MOTHER” was No. 1?!
Why he held her so responsible and for what?

Another question that we would like to hear:

Where is the father?

You all reported (whoever was reporting) that guy had a “Hit List” but no one - NO SINGLE ONE OF YOU, explained or tried to find answer on questions like: What to do now? What is wrong in our society that make people act that way? What we have to change in order to eliminate or at least minimize this issue?

I hope to see and hear more of this questions and answers after next shooting.

Like said; mass shooting in United States of America is nothing new and nothing shocking anymore, what is shocking and inexcusable is the fact of ignorance that nobody is trying to solve this problem and in fact keep it limited on only shooters responsibility. Mass shootings are not psychological problems otherwise they would happening everywhere in the world which is not the case. Mass shootings are sociological problems. Media (as public servant) definitely have responsibility and should play bigger role in search for some answers and help to find solutions.
